CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2026
By Peter Obara Masongo, of P.O. Box 10-40206, Nyamarambe in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Herbert Mage Okiomeri alias Herbat Mage, who died at Nyanskia Location, on 15th May, 2012.

By Mary Kerubo Otieno, of P.O. Box 10-40206, Nyamarambe in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Aresanda Mogunde Nyandoro, who died at Nyanskia Location, on 1st July, 1998.

By (1) Stephen Ragina Obara and (2) Moseri Mac Samwel, the deceased’s beneficiaries, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gisore Simba, who died at Amakara, Kisii, on 1st July, 2015.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
