By Martha Florence Kanze Baya, c/o P.O. Box 142-80105, Kaloleni in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Justin Humphrey Baya, who died at Mewa Hospital in Kenya, on 9th March, 2002.
CAUSE NO. E17 OF 2026
By Johana Nyanje Masha, c/o P.O. Box 1521-80108, Kilifi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kazungu Masha Luganje, who died at Madina, on 8th September, 2003.
CAUSE NO. E18 OF 2026
By Robert Gube Chambo, c/o P.O. Box 1521-80108, Kilifi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nazi Chambu Shikari, who died at Kilifi County Hospital in Kenya, on 26th December, 2014.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
