By Zahra Masika Mohamed Soud, of P.O. Box 95684-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mohamed Sudi Sheikh, who died at Kongowea, on 19th November, 2025.

By Mohamed Asgarali Pothiwalla, of P.O. Box 82833-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Asgarali Gulamhusein Pothiwalla, who died at Burhani Charitable Hospital, Ilala Dar-esSalaam, Tanzania, on 3rd April, 2020.

By (1) Abdulkader Sultan Abdul Shakur and (2) Asif Abdulrazak Abdul Shakur, both of P.O. Box 80483-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s nephews, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Amirali Abdulshakur, who died at Bomu Hospital in Kenya, on 1st October, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
