IN THE KADHI’S COURT AT KILIFI
PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E40 OF 2025
By (1) Amina Athman Ahmed and (2) Faiza Abdurabi Khalil, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estates of (1) Mwanaesha Twahiri and (2) Zennah Abdurabi, who died at (1) Mombasa Hospital and (2) Mji wa Kwale residence, on (1) 2nd July, 2003 and (2) 5th October, 2022, respectively.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
