TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E444 OF 2025
By Nicholas Sambaya Sibo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Shibo Omulokoli alias Sibo Omulogoli, who died at Itumbu Sub-location, on 8th February, 1990.
CAUSE NO. E447 OF 2025
By Wycliffe Amutabi Dishon, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Masinde Etole, who died at Ebusiekwe Sub-location, on 8th July, 1996.
CAUSE NO. E448 OF 2025
By Mulwani Asibigo Omungu, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Asibiko Omungu alias Omungu Asibigo Nakuti, who died at Maseno Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 20th July, 2010.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
