TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E25 OF 2025
By Anna Ndinda Kwiyanga and Naomi Katiku Muinde, both of P.O. Box 1, Machakos in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Matheka Ngwava Malei, who died at Machakos County Hospital in Kenya, on 13th June, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E160 OF 2025
By Janet Raira Mbithi, of P.O. Box 2051, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isaiah Munyaka Mbithi, who died at Kyuluni, on 14th March, 2022.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
