TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E372 OF 2023
By (1) Kenneth Kipkemboi Settim and (2) Garfield Kipruto Settim, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Kiplagat Settim, who died at Ainakboi, on 29th April, 2017.
CAUSE NO. E268 OF 2025
By Pamela Chepn’etch, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkesio Masai, who died at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 15th July, 2019.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
