TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E35 OF 2026
By Esther Jerotich Chemweno, of P.O. Box 5031–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bekyibei Stephen Kipkorir Chepsiror, who died at Livingroom Hospital in Kenya, on 27th April, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E59 OF 2026
By Joseph Kipkurui Changwany, of P.O. Box 3862, Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Changwony Somin Chepkonga alias Changwony Somin, who died at Sergoit, on 29th August, 1998.
CAUSE NO. E60 OF 2026
By (1) William Kipmurgor Kemboi and (2) Julius Kiplimo Kemboi, both of P.O. Box 30, Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fundi Kipkemboi Biwott, who died at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 8th June, 2021.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
