TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E49 OF 2026
By Peris Asiko Nyangweso, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hebron Otweche Esala alias Hebron Esaba, who died at Emmabwi Sub- Location, on 15th May, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E51 OF 2026
By (1) Aristaricus Ndengu Charles and (2) Solomon Ndengu, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Ndengu alias Charles Ndetu, who died at Embali Sub- Location, on 21st July, 1971.
CAUSE NO. E53 OF 2026
By Margaret Apiyo Juma, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Orimba Opieni Butaywa alias Orimba Obieni, who died at Esiandumba, on 8th August, 2015.
CAUSE NO. E55 OF 2026
By Ayub Mwendwa Mukhaye, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Akhwaba Mukhaye, who died at Ebukhubi, on 28th August, 2008.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
