PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E17 OF 2025
By (1) Abdi Ahmed Farah, (2) Abdisalan Ismail Farah and (3) Mohamud Abdi Farah, all of P.O. Box 10612-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s grandchildren, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fatima Binti Barud, who died at Radiant Health Clinic, on 8th July, 1972.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
