TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E260 OF 2025
By Rose Atieno Oluoch, of P.O. Box 53, Madiany in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Oluoch Ogola, who died at Mahaya, on 9th April, 2005.
CAUSE NO. E25 OF 2026
By Patrice Ouko Menya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isaka Menya Obiewa alias Isaac Menya Obiewa, who died at Rarieda, on 27th June, 2014.
CAUSE NO. E26 OF 2026
By (1) Helida Ong’oo Ojowi and (2) Rosa Akeyo Mirasi, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zakayo Ayal Akoko, who died at Akom, on 20th August, 1982.
CAUSE NO. E27 OF 2026
By Joyce Adhiambo Waringa, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Leonard Waringa Wandugu alias Aringo Wandugu, who died at Rarieda, on 15th April, 2016.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
