TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E325 OF 2025
By (1) Pauline Adhiambo Otieno and (2) Felix Omondi Otieno, both of P.O. Box 58182-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Otieno Japheth, late of Siaya, who died at Industrial Area Prison, on 23rd August, 2017.
CAUSE NO. E457 OF 2025
By James Githaiga Miro, of P.O. Box 28076-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Miro Ngunyii alias Miro Hubert Kihia, late of Rwathia, who died at Kiriami M. Hospital in Kenya, on 24th November, 2022.
CAUSE NO. E160 OF 2026
By (1) Mary Nyawira Gitau and (2) David Nduta Kirui, both of P.O. Box 8341-00600, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law and grandson, respectively, through Messrs. Matwere Asiyo & Co., advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Nduta Kirui, who died at Kawangware, on 31st August, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
