TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E480 OF 2025
By (1) Ramla Mohamed Yusuf and (2) Yusuf Mohamed Majid, both of P.O. Box 633-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, through Messrs. Moses Odawa & Co., advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hafidh Mahmoud Mahmudhu, late of Lang’ata, who died at Coptic Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd June, 2017.
CAUSE NO. 68 OF 2026
By Eglay Mukoya Nyaranga, of P.O. Box 62644-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, through Messrs. Wesonga Masirivai, advocate, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Tobo Oruko, late of Kakamega, who died at Bristol Park Hospital in Kenya, on 13th June, 2023.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
