TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E987 OF 2025
By Anthony Murunga Milimu, of P.O. Box 2435- 50100, Kakamega in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ernest Muhati Milimu alias Ernest Milimu Muhati, who died at Malimili, on 17th July, 2009.
CAUSE NO. E267 OF 2026
By Maxwell Amusala Charles, of P.O. Box 287, Tiriki in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Likhago Shoigami alias Likhago Shikami, who died at Jinjini, on 14th August, 1976.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
