TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E24 OF 2026
By Jihnson Ngombo Walter, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chome Ngonyo Hinzano, who died on 2nd March, 1980.
CAUSE NO. E26 OF 2026
By Henry Dima Chimbuto, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dima Chimbuto, who died on 15th October, 2002.
CAUSE NO. E32 OF 2026
By Jira Dima Jira, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Albert Jira Dima, who died on 30th June, 1998.
CAUSE NO. E45 OF 2026
By (1) Kache Chengzo Ziro and (2) Festus Kazungu Cheng, the deceased’s widow and son, for a grant of letters of administration to the estate of Chengzo Ziro Cheng, who died on 26th December, 2006.

By Titus Charo Gilbert, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gilbert Charo Muhambi, who died on 20th June, 2021.

By Kahindi Kiti Kombe, the deceased’s widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Saumu Ali Njeri, who died on 29th May, 2017.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
