TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E99 OF 2025
By (1) Veronica Wanata Mwangi and (2) Jane Karii Mwangi, both of P.O. Box 46, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Teresiah Njeri Mwangi, who died at Kagongo, on 18th February, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E198 OF 2025
By Susan Wambui Ngeru, of P.O. Box 65520-00607, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Ngeru Kamau, who died at Kiambumi, on 7th April, 2021.

By Rahab Wanjiku Gikenge, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Gikenge Kimani, who died at Muchatha, Kiambua, on 31st July, 2021.

By Benard Wachira Kiboi, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiboi Wambugu Muita, who died at Kenyatta University Teaching, Referral and Research Hospital in Kenya, on 20th March, 2022.
CAUSE NO. E304 OF 2025
By (1) John Muchiri Wambui and (2) Josphat Kimani Wambui, both of P.O. Box 223-00900, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jane Wambui Mwaura, who died at District Hospital, Kiambu in Kenya, on 6th July, 2007.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
