TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E500 OF 2025
By (1) Pacifica Magoma Makori and (2) Ronald Mochama Ondieki, both of P.O. Box 2088- 40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ogaro Mairura, who died at Township Location, on 14th August, 1980.
CAUSE NO. E58 OF 2026
By John Ongubo Ongeta, of P.O. Box 590- 40200, Kisii in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Ongeta Ombeese, who died on 19th July, 2003.
CAUSE NO. E130 OF 2026
By Stephen Swanya Nyakundi, of P.O. Box 1390- 40200, Kisii in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Monyangi Nyakundi, who died at Bombeta, Iranda, Nyakoe, on 2nd April, 1996.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
