TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E542 OF 2025
By William Otuke Mose, of P.O. Box 45-40200, Kisiini Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Bosuke Nduko, who died on 7th July, 1989.
CAUSE NO. E132 OF 2026
By (1) Dominic Mogere Kenyanya and (2) Jeremiah Moseti Onkanga, both of P.O. Box 590-40200, Kisiini Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyakweba Kenyanya, who died on 16th September, 2013.
CAUSE NO. E25 OF 2026
By Christopher Mainye Otsinde, of P.O. Box 2850, Kisiini Kenya, the deceased’s widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gladys Kerubo Siocha, who died at Tabaka Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 5th October, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
