TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E9 OF 2026
By Peter Ndungu Sampeke, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lengwese ole Musurye, who died at Entonet Sub-location, on 2nd March, 1995.
CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2026
By (1) Kameroi ene Oladala and (2) Kopoe ene Lobela, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Olobela ole Ateti, who died at Rombo Sub-location, on 29th December, 2017.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
