IN THE CHIEF MAGISTRATE’S COURT AT NYAHURURU
PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E78 OF 2026
By (1) James Muchina Mutura and (2) Hannah Wangari, both of P.O. Box 641-20300, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gabriel Mutura Muchina, who died at Nyahururu, on 22nd August, 2004.
CAUSE NO. E93 OF 2026
By (1) Isaac Chege Njoroge and (2) Daniel Mwangi Njoroge, both of P.O. Box 267-20300, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jackson Njoroge Njuguna, who died at District Hospital, Nyahururu in Kenya, on 30th November, 1989.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
