TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E61 OF 2026
By (1) Loice Atieno Aminer, (2) Ann Atieno Otip, (3) Mary Akoth Otip and (4) Judith Anyango Otip, all of P.O. Box 47960-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, through Messrs. MGA Law and Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilson Otip Awuor, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 6th June, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E173 OF 2026
By Monicah Achieng Odude, of P.O. Box 83-40600, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Odude Muna alias William Odude, who died on 13th December, 2009.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
