By Anne Wambui Mburu, of P.O. Box 52533-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hellen Wanjiku Mburu, who died at Southlands, on 30th January, 2007.

By (1) Samuel Kimani Mwangi and (2) Irene Wairimu Mwangi, both of P.O. Box 59, Kigumo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndirangu Maina, who died at Gacharage, on 29th May, 1995.

The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
