CAUSE NO. E15 OF 2026
By Selina Kerubo Mabu, of P.O. Box 516, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s mother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Onkendi Mabu alias David Ongendi Mabu, who died at Bosinange Location, on 24th June, 2016.

By Doreen Mongina Momanyi Ratemo, of P.O. Box 229, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Judson Nyambane Nyambati, who died at Bogeka Location, on 3rd July, 2025.

By George Orara Boundi, of P.O. Box 10, Nyamarambe in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nason Boundi Obara alias Boundi Obara, who died at Chitago Location, on 4th September, 2017.

By (1) George Morara Omaoro and (2) Pherus Nyaburi Omaoro, both of P.O. Box 10, Nyamarambe in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Omaoro Obara, who died at Chitago Location, on 11th December, 2022.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
