TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E188 OF 2024
By Mary Gakii Mwenda, of P.O. Box 2328-60200, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Mwenda alias John Mwenda M’Ringera, who died at District Hospital, Isiolo in Kenya, on 31st December, 1992.
CAUSE NO. E153 OF 2025
By Janet Nyoroka Kinyua, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jema Ncooro Kirika, who died at Mariene, on 7th December, 2009.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
