PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court
in:
CAUSE NO. E153 OF 2025
By (1) Alfred Odhiambo Ogendo and (2) Calvin Omondi Ogendo,
the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to
the estate of Tobias Ogendo Wadhiaya alias Ogendo Wadhiaya, who
died at Jalaram Nursing Home, on 21st November, 1994.
CAUSE NO. E161 OF 2025
By Moses Adede Ogol, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of
administration intestate to the estate of Kornel Abira Omwa alias
Abira Omwa, who died on 5th March, 1997.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
