PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court
in:
CAUSE NO. E98 OF 2025
By Peter Ombaka Bunde, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of
letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ochola Bunde Nyalik,
who died at Buoye, Kisumu, on 24th June, 1999.
CAUSE NO. E114 OF 2025
By Tatu Kombo Osir, of P.O. Box 98–40100, Kisumu in Kenya,
the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate
to the estate of Abdallah Okore Osir, who died at Jocham Hospital in
Kenya, on 12th June, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
