TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court
in:
CAUSE NO. E45 OF 2025
By (1) Maryanne Messon Kishanto and (2) Charity Nekishon
Kishanto, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of
administration intestate to the estate of Kishanto ole Suuji, who died at
City Centre, on 28th November, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E68 OF 2025
By (1) Benson PK ole Ngana and (2) Roseline Njeri Lenkana, the
deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to
the estate of Jane Wambuku Kieya, who died at St. Mary’s Hospital in
Kenya, on 3rd April, 2011.
CAUSE NO. E100 OF 2025
By (1) Benjamin Kokat Kuka, (2) Samuel Odupoi Kukaa and (3)
Jacob Kipiko Kuka, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of
administration intestate to the estate of Kukaa ole Tirkolo Oldikir alias
Kukaa ole Tirkolo Oloikir, who died at Coptic Hospital in Kenya, on
13th July, 2018.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
