By Grace Kavisi Kyenze, of P.O. Box 150, Yoani in Kenya, for a
grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Kyenze
Muvaa Maundu alias Francis Kyenze Maundu, who died at Olekasasi, on
17th February, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E340 OF 2025
By John Bosco Kilaiku Mutinda, of P.O. Box 1–90122, Kalamba in
Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of
Mutinda Kamuya Mutyanyaa, who died on 24th May, 2001.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
