Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration
intestate to the estate of Henry Paul William Agunda Munuang’o alias
Henry Agunda Munuang’o, who died on 7th August, 1988.

By (1) Francis Ochieng Onono, (2) Laban Olendo, (3) Laban
Omondi Onono and (3) Fredrick Makaya Onono, the deceased’s sons,
for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Arthur
Onono Awando alias Arthur Onono, who died at District Hiospital,
Siaya in Kenya, on 13th April, 1995.
CAUSE NO. E513 OF 2025
By Seline Adema Omondi, of P.O. Box 348, Akala in Kenya, the
deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the
estate of Samson Omondi Ochieng alias Samson Omondi, who died at
Ndori Sub-location, on 10th March, 2001.
CAUSE NO. E542 OF 2025
By Samwel Oketch Oketch, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters
of administration intestate to the estate of Okech Akach Ogwel, who died
at Kudha East, on 2nd February, 1999.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
