TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E262 OF 2025
By Alex Ndiga Kariuki and Solomon Waime Kariuki, both of P.O. Box 1798-00900, Kiambu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lucy Muthoni Kariuki, who died at Thingati, on 10th April, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E267 OF 2025
By Ernest Kariuki Gitu, of P.O. Box 1120-00217, Limuru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Wairimu Gitu alias Mary Wairimu, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 31st March, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
