By Peter Kamau Chege and James Mwangi Chege, both of P.O. Box 60, Kanjuku in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chege Githongo, who died at Gakoe Sub-location, on 13th September, 2004.
CAUSE NO. E94 OF 2025
By Winnie Njeri Nganga and Zipporah Nyamweru Nganga, both of P.O. Box 134, Kanjuku in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Nganga Kahiga alias Stephen Nganga K., who died at Kamwangi, on 22nd May, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E107 OF 2025
By David Mwaura Ndungu, of P.O. Box 60, Kanjuku in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zakaria Ndungu Daniel Kungu alias Ndungu Kungu alias Zacharia Ndungu Daniel Kungu, who died at Gatundu Hospital in Kenya, on 7th December, 2023.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
