TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. 100 OF 2022
By John Owango Okal, of P.O. Box 81, Nyilima in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Okal Owango, who died at Rarieda, on 16th June, 1986.
CAUSE NO. E261 OF 2025
By Wilfred Oile Ouma and Florence Akinyi Ouma, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Herine Akala Achola alias Akala Achola, who died on 17th March, 1994.
CAUSE NO. E279 OF 2025
By Florence Auma Osiyo, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ambrose Osiyo Otieno, who died at Nyagoko, on 10th November, 2011.
CAUSE NO. E287 OF 2025
By Benta Amenya Maende, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zadok Apina Osiyo, who died at Nyagoko, on 4th June, 1997.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
