TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E66 OF 2024
By John Kinyanjui Isaac Waichari, of P.O. Box 1209-00232, Ruiru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elizabeth Wairimu Waichari, who died at District Hospital, Thika in Kenya, on 24th August, 2011.
CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2026
By Lucia Wanjiku Kabacho, Mary Nyambura Kanyi and Ruth Waruguru Njoroge, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Waringa Njoroge, who died at Dandora, on 1st July, 2022.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
