TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E11 OF 2026
By Judith Wangeci Kimani, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Muturi Wachira, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 5th September, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E13 OF 2026
By Elizabeth Njambi Kangethe, Solomon Kangethe Kabogo and Daniel Munene, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jane Muthoni Kang’ethe, who died at A.A.R. Hospital in Kenya, on 29th July, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
