By Ricky Kirira Kahagi, of P.O. Box 47569-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Irene Wangari Kahagi, who died at Thaithi, on 2nd September, 2024.

By Purity Muthoni Ngina, of P.O. Box 1486, Nyeri in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lydia Ngina Warui alias Lydia Ngina, who died at Tumutumu Hospital in Kenya, on 24th January, 2017.

By Samson Gitonga Ndegergee and Meshack Ndirango Njobe, both of P.O. Box 21, Bahati in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndegergee Kaguithia alias Joel Ndijigiri Ramuchi, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nakuru in Kenya, on 14th March, 2004.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
