TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2026
By Martha Wangui Gicheche, of P.O. Box 696, Nyeri in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cyrus Gitahi Mathenge, who died at Ichagachiru, on 19th August, 2022.
CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2026
By Jackson Muturi Gathuri, of P.O. Box 50, Othaya in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jane Wangui Gathuri, who died at Thika, on 13th December, 2023.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
