By Rechard Ateka Moseti, of P.O. Box 2, Nyamira in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moseti Maiso, who died at Bomacho, on 10th October, 1992.
CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2026
By Kennedy Ogendi MamboIeo, of P.O. Box 2, Nyamira in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of MamboIeo Agaki alias Nyangweso Agaki, who died at District Hospital, Nyamira in Kenya, on 5th August, 2013.
CAUSE NO. E14 OF 2026
By Annah Nyaboke Joel and Teresa Bochaberi Joel, both of P.O. Box 7193-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joel Onchari, who died at Township, on 5th January, 2017.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
