PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E30 OF 2025
By Philip Oyaro Birundu, of P.O. Box 452-40202, Keroka in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Meshack Birundu Omato alias Birundu Nyachae, who died on 23rd January, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E72 OF 2025
By Thomas Nyangau Ombui, of P.O. Box 299-40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Ombui Bosongo, who died at Gekano, on 14th November, 2012.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
