CAUSE NO. E374 OF 2025
By Harun Mwangi Ndeker and Joyce Nduta Gichuru, both of P.O. Box 1015-01000, Thika in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndekerer Wanganga alias Ndekerer Nganga, who died at Kihumbuini, on 31st March, 2013.
CAUSE NO. E377 OF 2025
By Teresia Njoki Kamau and Ezekiel Kamau Mwangi, both of P.O. Box 153, Kandara in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sarah Wanjiru Kariku alias Wanjiru Kariku, who died at Thuita, Mukurwe, on 4th August, 1991.
CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2026
By Joseph Kinuuthia Kamotoku, of P.O. Box 12, Gatura in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kamotoku Mbacio, who died at Mbugiti, on 25th March, 2022.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
