TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E89 OF 2025
By Nicholas Matunda Mariera, of P.O. Box 1538, Thika in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nelson Mariera Masire, who died at Gatuyanaga Sub-location, on 5th October, 2022.
CAUSE NO. E366 OF 2025
By Peter Muriuri Kabiru, of P.O. Box 478, Thika in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njoroge Muhia, who died at Kigio, on 19th November, 1993.
CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2026
By Daniel Njuguna Kibeti, of P.O. Box 770, Thika in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate of Samuel Kibeti Njugu, who died at Pandya Hospital in Kenya, on 28th April, 2005.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
