TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2026
By Esther Gathoni Githinji, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Githinji Kariuki Kamunge, who died at Sipili, on 11th April, 1997.
CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2026
By Mishek Njuguna Wambugu, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jemimah Wairimu alias Wairimu Njuguna alias Wairimu Mishek, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 25th November, 1978.
CAUSE NO. E7 OF 2026
By Joyce Wangari Mwangi and John Kabui, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Teresia Wairimu Mwangi, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nyeri in Kenya, on 31st January, 2021.

By Lucy Muthoni Kimani, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Maina Githungo, who died at Mwenje, on 21st June, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2026
By Alice Nyaguthii Theuri and James Muthee Kingori, the deceased’s widow and child, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samwel Kingori Nguuru alias Samuel Kingori Nduru, who died at Kinamba, on 14th September, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
