TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E83 OF 2025
By Catherine Wambui Macharia and Agnes Wamboi Kingori, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jeremano King’ori Mureithi alias Kingori s/o Muriithi alias J. Kingori Muriithi, who died at Maralal, on 30th December, 1989.
CAUSE NO. E84 OF 2025
By Millicent Wanjiru Muchemi, of P.O. Box 33-10102, Kiganjo in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Mugweru Gakinyo alias Mungwero Gakinyo, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nyeri in Kenya, on 19th November, 1994.

By Shadrack Wachira Kahiuha and John Wanjohi Wanjuru, both of P.O. Box 10, Kinamba in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Virginia Wanjiru Wachira, who died on 19th March, 2023.

By Stephen Macharia Kagure, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Kagure Githae, who died at Mwenje, on 19th July, 2018.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
