TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E125 OF 2025
By Robert Muscheese Akunda, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elijah Muscheese Akunda, who died at Aga Khan Hospital in Kenya, on 7th April, 2016.
CAUSE NO. E397 OF 2025
By Sammy Omuoyma Buyuka, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Lawi Matanga Omuoyma alias Matanga Muyoma, who died at Ebukhunza Sub-location, on 19th June, 2004.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
