PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E19 OF 2025
By Silvia Atemo Ndeche, of P.O. Box 39, Kakunga in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elisheba Mwajuma Ndege, who died at Esiandumba, on 7th June, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E123 OF 2025
By Isaac Chuma Kutima, of P.O. Box 95, Matete in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kutima Malona, who died at Matsakha, on 12th January, 1999.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
