CAUSE NO. E452 OF 2025
By Peter Ouru Okoth, of P.O. Box 1, Awasi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Silfanus Okoth Osewo, who died at Kakola Ombaka, on 9th June, 2001.
CAUSE NO. E555 OF 2025
By Elizabeth Achigem Majiwa and Christine Adhiambo Omollo, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Johnson Ambet Owino, who died at Nyongong’a, on 15th February, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E569 OF 2025
By Washington Odhiambo Chore, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joshua Chore Obera alias Joshua Chore, who died at Kirengo, on 5th October, 1996.
CAUSE NO. E574 OF 2025
By Steven Ochieng Ogwang, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Helida Atieno Ogwang, who died at Ahero Irrigation Scheme, on 16th August, 2006.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
