PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E188 OF 2025
By (1) Pamela Achiong Okoth and (2) Deborah Akinyi Onyango, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hezron Ochronjo Abiero, who died on 10th July, 1992.
CAUSE NO. E276 OF 2025
By Wilkista Akinyi Odera, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Odera Owuor, who died at North Ramba Sub-location, on 6th August, 1993.
CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2026
By James Apwot Onditi, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dishon Onyango alias Dison Onditi, who died at Kagwa Sub-location, on 21st May, 1990.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
