TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E204 OF 2025
By (1) Benard Omollo Odeny and (2) George Otieno Abwajo, both of P.O. Box 84, Ragengni in Kenya, the deceased’s grandsons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Onyango Oduhuongo, who died at Ragengni, on 6th August, 1996.
CAUSE NO. E267 OF 2025
By Samson Omondi Waga, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Waga Rabang alias William Waga, who died at Masala Sub-location, on 27th June, 1981.
CAUSE NO. E270 OF 2025
By James Ngode, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngode Ogutu, who died at Rarieda, on 27th September, 1975.
CAUSE NO. E271 OF 2025
By Charles Ajiogo Ajenge, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nahum Ajenge Molo, who died at Homa Bay, on 24th November, 1995.
CAUSE NO. E273 OF 2025
By (1) Pheobe Ongoro P. Omondi, (2) Helen Okal Buyu and (3) John Otieno Buyu, all of P.O. Box 120, Nyilima in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Buyu Mirasi, who died at Memba, on 15th April, 1981.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
