TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court
in:
CAUSE NO. E18 OF 2025
By (1) Anne Wangui Kinuthia and (2) Esther Wangui Mbuto, the
deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate
to the estate of Daniel Mbuttoh Njoroge, who died at Illasit Sublocation,
on 17th July, 2018.
CAUSE NO. E21 OF 2025
By Joshua Omondi Otieno, the deceased’s son, for a grant of
letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eunice Juma Otieno,
who died at Dagoretti, on 4th July, 2022.
CAUSE NO. E25 OF 2025
By John Michael Karanja, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters
of administration intestate to the estate of Ann Wamaitha Kamau, who
died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 1st October, 2009.
CAUSE NO. E45 OF 2025
By (1) Peter Waiyaki Kinyanjui and (2) Rose Nduta Kinyanjui, the
deceased’s brother and sister, respectively, for a grant of letters of
administration intestate to the estate of Victor Kinyanjui Egeria, who
died at Kenyatta University Teaching, Referral and Research Hospital
in Kenya, on 25th February, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E117 OF 2025
By (1) Catherine Wanjiru Wainaina and (2) Humprey Stanley
Kimani Wainaina, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a
grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen
Ngigi Wainaina, who died at Ngong, on 1st April, 2017.
CAUSE NO. E118 OF 2025
By John Wakapa Pere, the deceased’s father, for a grant of letters
of administration intestate to the estate of Morris Seketo Pere, who
died at Oloosirkon, on 25th May, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
