TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court
in:
CAUSE NO. E395 OF 2025
By (1) Job Kibiwot Lagat and (2) Benson Kiprotich Lagat, both of
P.O. Box 30–30300, Kapsabet in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a
grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sem
Malakwen Lagat, who died at White Cresent Hospital in kenya, on 4th
July, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E407OF 2025
By (1) Geoffrey Kipkemei and (2) Daniel Kemboi Keitany, both of
P.O. Box 40–30300, Kapsabet in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a
grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Christina
Tapchara, who died at District Hospital, Kapsabet in Kenya, on 15th
June, 1981.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
