Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of
John Mbuthia Kiambi alias Kiambi John Mbuthia alias John M.
Kiambi alias John K. Mbuthia, who died at Kihoya Sub-location, on
20th August, 2018.
CAUSE NO. E189 OF 2025
By Nicholas Charles Kiiru Mwangi, for a grant of letters of
administration intestate to the estate of Eunice Mithayo Kiiru alias
Eunice Mitheyo Kiiru, who died at Kairi Sub-location, on 29th
September, 2021.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
